This story published in my first book was written four years ago, when I was 26. I titled it “A Belly Script”, for there is an old Chinese saying –“Before writing on paper, write in your belly first”—meaning “think before you write”. It is a story of “an untold story of a depressed writer”, with too many L-letter words (which make me feel very sick now … although it was supposed to be something poetic). And when it is translated into English, it looks and sounds clumsier as the rhythm in the original is untranslatable…

And reviewing it reminds me that I am now a 30-something woman. … We are all getting old every day.
